We are a full service Butcher shop open to the public with our retail market.
Custom Processing available for Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat, Bison & Deer.
Please call for an appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required for beef to hold your appointment.
Your product will be cut according to your cut list and vacuum packed.
All animals must be dropped off on appointment date made with the butcher between 7am and 8am. If you miss this time frame your appointment will not be held.
Humane Harvesting is important to us at Harris Meats. We are small mom & pop slaughter house & retail store. We handle each animal with care.
